Built in the 1930s to house an Oldsmobile dealership that operated until after World War II, the abandoned warehouse was converted into a full-service restaurant - Herringbone. Taking full advantage of the vintage warehouse structure mixed with fanciful details and surprising contemporary elements, Jaime Partners rehabilitated 9,100 square-feet space to evoke a contemporary California setting that includes a comfortable living and dining area that intermingle for an effortless flow between the indoors and out, and a wall of windows that allows patrons to view the inner workings of the kitchen. Elements include the use of natural textures, custom chandeliers and a century old olive tree as the restaurant’s centerpiece.
