Five Thirty B is an iconic office building conveniently situated in Downtown San Diego’s Core Business District, this premier award-winning building is a perfect blend of traditional architecture and modern design.

The building underwent capital upgrades, including a fully renovated main lobby and a one-of-a-kind sky terrace. Jaime Partners worked on the renovation of the main lobby adding modern aesthetic touches to its classic design and the spacious urban garden giving tenants 360 degree views overlooking the B Street corridor.
