Jaime Partners was hired by CMR, Mexico’s leading franchisor of the world’s best-known restaurants in Mexico including brands such as Chili’s, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, The Capitol Grille, Fonda Mexicana, La Destilleria, El Lago, Bistro Chapultepec, etc.), for the pre-construction of their first US-based restaurant, Wings. To be located at the Otay Mesa Cross Border Xpress, we completed the pre-construction phase, receiving approval for all construction permits and the design plans necessary.
