Our portfolio includes diverse projects from various sectors including commercial, government, hospitality, residential and retail projects. At Jaime, we work hard to understand our client’s business needs and continually look for opportunities to provide additional value to their projects.

ALFREDO JAIME

CEO, FOUNDER


Born and raised in Ensenada, Alfredo started his own construction company in San Diego, CA in 2002. After supervising the build out of several landmark restaurants, retail and office spaces in San Diego and beyond, the San Diego Business Journal honored Jaime Partners as a top ten minority-owned company and in 2016 San Diego Magazine named Jaime Entrepreneur of the Year. Today, Jaime Partners has expanded its physical presence to Los Angeles and the Baja region of Mexico and continues in its tradition of building amazing spaces that define communities. Jaime brings an expertise in construction along with comprehensive knowledge of business management in Mexico.

REISS WILLAMS, MBA

VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS


A forward-thinking leader, Reiss is responsible for promoting the continued success of Jaime Partners’ operations, driving regional growth and ensuring that the highest levels of operational excellence are executed for clients. He demonstrates outstanding abilities as a leader whose work ethic, creative management skills and engaging personal style are an inspiration to his colleagues. 


In addition, Reiss is committed to raising the bar of operational excellence by streamlining efficiencies, standardizing best practices, challenging construction projects to adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. He is an integral part of our organization.

SERGIO CASTRO

ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER


Sergio has over 8 years of professional experience in processes development, engineering projects, EHS compliance and business models generation in emerging markets. His background in science and engineering combined with his Master’s Degree in Business Administration give him the ability to integrate technical knowledge and key engineering components with transversal skills such as project management, negotiation and finances to solve problems and bring results to the team.

ALEX THAO

GENERAL MANAGER


With a decade of experience in the industry, Alex has been involved in nearly every aspect of building construction, from interior corporate fit-outs to renovation, and expansion projects.

Alex has a true understandin
g of what is needed to make diverse types of projects successful, from bidding and costs to schedule and communication, and applies that expertise to the overall management of the Jaime Partners team.

CATHYA GUTIERREZ

PROJECT MANAGER


Cathya has over 13 years of administration and human resources professional experience. Since 2012, Cathya has been involved in the Maquiladora Industry in Tijuana, Mexico obtaining experience in the process of establishing new foreigner companies in the region. In 2016, started working with an industrial building developer company as project manager. Her background in manufacturing environments and construction give her the necessary skills to solve problems with success in modular construction projects.

RAMON YBARRA

PROJECT MANAGER


Ramon manages the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure they are implemented on time and on budget. He tackles major elements of strategic planning to develop solutions that drive valuable results from concept to project close-out.


Ramon has more than a decade of experience in architectural and construction management and is knowledgeable on all aspects including design services, program management and construction administration.

FRANCISCO ZAMORA

PROJECT COORDINATOR


Francisco has over 5 years of experience in procurement and customer service, being representative in Mexico and the United States. His skills include time management, planning and adaptability. He has a background in Business Management and a bicultural approach that give him the ability to successfully develop and create business relations with national and international suppliers.
