San Diego's Theatre Box luxury cinema opened its newest concept 5th & Sky Rooftop Gardens & Lounge - a 5,000 square foot, Japanese-style cocktail bar and restaurant perched high above the Gaslamp Quarter.

Jaime Partners created the rooftop bar on top of the existing theatre. To save on costs, Jaime re-used existing plumbing locations to create an entirely new experience without making major structural changes.
